And, all sensitive information is entered on the selected secure payment gateway. None of your card payment details are stored with Golok Dham.

Terms and Conditions

This website is meant only for voluntary donations to Golok Dham. No product will be delivered or services will be rendered in return of your payments. All donations are non-refundable. If you have any questions, which you have not been answered to your satisfaction in this statement, please feel free to send an email with your question to gd.support@golokdham.in

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed from time to time.

Refund Policy

Donation you make to Golok Dham is non-refundable, as it is a voluntary contribution from you to Golok Dham, which is a public Charitable Trust carrying out charitable activities for the Spiritual and Physical Welfare of all the beings. Golok Dham while receiving this donation from you is not involved in any commercial transaction with you and therefore, question of deficiencies in providing Goods and Services does not arise. Hence, voluntary contribution made by you by way of Donation is non-refundable.
